What is there for the Children?
At Oakbrook church, we have a full system in place for all the kids, from newborns to High School and beyond. Please view our Children’s Ministry and Youth Ministry pages for more information.
What is the service like?
Our worship time begins at approximately 9:45 with some fellowship time. You are invited to come early for a cup of coffee to talk and mingle. The worship service starts at 10:00. We begin with uplifting songs to help get everyone into the mindset of praising God. The sermon portion of the service lasts for 30-40 minutes. We try to be finished by 11:00 – 11:15. We then follow up the service with more fellowship time. This is a great time to get to know people, let the kids interact with their friends, and to have some coffee or juice.
Do I have to Dress Up to come to Oakbrook?
Absolutely not. We are family oriented and very casual church. You will see some people wearing somewhat formal attire and you will see some people with jeans and a T-shirt. We prefer you wear whatever makes you comfortable.
